A review of the land use shows change from agriculture to housing occurring between the city and the by-pass. Agricultural land parcels are being sub-divided and converted into plot for housing. Plot owners are leaving about 3'-6' space on sides for circulation and services. This space is too little for good ventilation and environmental controls. Over time, this housing scheme may become congested and commercialized and turn into slums. Are we letting the larger part of Mingora become a slum?
